I'm not going to sit home. I'm going to vote Libertarian. It won't matter in my state, but hopefully there will be enough libertarian votes this time to kick start them as a viable party. I understand that people in swing states will have more of a dilemma and I'm not judging. I will concentrate all my efforts this election into convincing Bernie supporters to vote Libertarian.

Yeah, I'm stuck here in Fla, so really haven't made up my mind. I really don't like Trump but I hate Hillary, especially after the FBI found her guilty as SIN and let her off the hook. Hell I've had a top secret clearance since I went to pilot training back in '81, I KNOW THE RULES!! She should be in prison, no if buts or maybes. That alone may push me into the Trump camp, but I really getting tired of voting for POS just because he stinks a little less than the other POS!!

I couldn't reconcile my strong pro-life views (among other things) with the Libertarian Party's moral ambiguity...

Nice point Ala, nice point.

I can reconcile them for this election because I don't think Trump is pro-life. And given that abortion is still legal, I'd say that Republicans care as much about the unborn as Democrats do about the poor.

A comment Powerline from another reader:
"If the outcome in Nov is a President Shrillary then the Conservatives will be tossed into the dustbin of history along with the Whigs. Six or seven liberal SC justices and millions of new Democrat voters from the newly minted citizens will assure this will happen.
While Trump has his moments of liberal insanity, he is still better. At the very least he's not as evil and dishonest as her."

Funny - I thought Gary Johnson sounded far more Libertarian 4 years ago when he ran as a Republican. These days he just sounds like a Dem-lite.

I was on the fence for a while but Trump it is. I don't see an alternative and Hillary is damn scary.

Clinton represents the status quo. How is this scary? Another 10 million jobs created? She is pretty pragmatic and the reason she almost lost to Sanders is because she isn't ideological enough for much of the left.

Hillary represents corrupt self-interest. She has no ideology. And she is a consummate pragmatist in this regard. When she thought America was racist, she was racist. When she thought America was homophobic, she was homophobic. Her pragmatism is completely unbound to any principle except pure self interest. You want war? Pay her. You want peace? Pay her. She will not create anything - not jobs, not services, not products, not anything. She will take for herself every corporate penny she can get her white privileged hands on, while robotically repeating all the hypocritical liberal mantras. There is nothing you can say about Trump that you can't say about her and her perverted husband. They cancel each other out. Have some integrity and vote for Johnson.

Can't wait for the debates: how in the world will dumbo Trump debate Hillary? Or will he be not only the first candidate to not release his tax returns but also the first to wimp out on debates?
