The Late Term Abortion Advocate's Ridiculous New Ad

For a woman that would advocate for abortions until a baby is 24 weeks* and one that is said to have had numerous of her own abortions, to criticize someone for saying that pregnancies were inconvenient for businesses seems a bit Twilight Zone-ish...

The ad: Trump said during a 2004 interview with NBC, “Pregnancy is a wonderful thing for the woman; it’s a wonderful thing for the husband. It’s certainly an inconvenience for a business.”

Dear Hillary: Not sure who is advising you these days, but attempting to impugn someone for saying pregnancy is inconvenient to business while you don't believe that a pregnant woman is even carrying a child or has any obligation to that child until it could survive on it's own seems beyond disingenuous.

*The Socialist Sanders would allow an abortion until the second a baby was born--he actually said 'no restrictions' so perhaps even after birth--a swift kick, or a smashing the skull...

Hey, Thanks for joining in!

How old is a CrabbyOldMan?

I recently reached the old allotment of "three score years and ten;" but I am hoping for a bonus allocation of another 15 to 20 years.

It is hard to look back and see what the democrats have done to the freedoms I had in my childhood. It is also disgusting to look back at the 60s with our demands for free speech and racial equality, and then watched as the left took those movements of high ideals and made them into politically correct speech and inequity based racist activism.

So on that sour note, I kick off my Memorial Day observance, and thank all those who provided me the opportunity to grow up in a free nation with constitutional liberties bought at such an horrific price. We have squandered the legacy they gave us, but there is still hope that we can regain those freedoms without needing to shed more heroes' blood.

I was 72 in January.
I was born in 1944. I started the first grade in 1950. I graduated from high school in 1962. I graduated from college in 1966. I got out of the Army in 1968.
I have felt for many years that I was lucky to have lived in this country at its high water mark.
I hated the 1960s "new left"/anti-war people at the time and still do. I have always understood that the political left is a cancer (see next paragraph) that is unlikely to ever go away without using methods that the political right in this country will never have the ability or the inclination to use, so we are probably stuck.
Barnum was absolutely right about a new sucker (slacker a better word?) being born every minute, so the left’s record of failure is not a war winning weapon.
If you doubt that the leftism is a stubborn, malignant social pathology, I invite your attention to the histories of France, Russia, Britain, Germany, Argentina, Cuba, Viet Nam, China, Cambodia, North Korea and Venezuela. How many are better off for their flirtations, even long after? There are a few places that have at least temporarily saved themselves, like Chile, Guatemala and the former Warsaw Pact Countries, but the fat lady still has not sung the final bars.

If pregnancy can be in inconvenience to women - as feminists loudly declare - then why wouldn't it be an inconvenience to corporations? Such nonsense. Protect the unborn, and then we'll talk about corporations being inconvenienced by their presence.

Bram said...

Of course it's inconvenient! Other people have to cover Mom's job for half a year. I'm not saying it's wrong, but let's not pretend it isn't a pain in the ass.

Yes, protect the unborn and once they are born protect them from idiots running on the GOP ticket. How would you know how many abortions HRC has had? Or perhaps you are confusing her with Laura Bush or Melania? -And that would be DT that wants to kick and smash skulls, he speaks of it at every rally. Can't wait to see dumbo try and debate Hillary.

Haverwilde said...

"Can't wait to see dumbo try and debate Hillary."
Dumbo? Well, The Donald is flying pretty well for a Republican.

You are correct, it is difficult to debate someone who makes it all up as she goes along, and the media won't fact check her 'facts.' With the new Byrnes book, though it should make for some fiery interchanges.

CrabbyOldMan said...

Havirwilde, I just love seeing enemous smacked down.

The corporate media won't check her facts? Huh.They sure have been good about reporting on made-up scandals on her and Bill for decades.
What is HRC making up, can you be more specific? Like Donald, Hillary also has "the best words" LOL. She really broiled him the other day but that isn't very difficult for someone with such incredibly *thin skin* like DT.

A debate between Trump and Hillary would be hilarious. He won't answer questions because he doesn't know how, and she won't because she doesn't want to go to prison. It will be like two old computers conversing in humanoid speak.

Well, if Bush & Cheney could escape conviction then anyone can !

Zelda said...

A private server is a whole new ballgame. This wasn't accidental and it wasn't about Benghazi. She didn't want to be accountable like Bush and Cheney because the Clinton Foundation has been getting money from foreign governments and she's been giving them state contracts.

Anonymous said...

Still, what Hillary did was nothing compared to Bush & Cheney -- who had hundreds of thousands of emails just disappear into thin air for years, no questions asked. She couldn't have put us into any more danger..we will continue to suffer from that administration as we have daily proof with Vet suicides.

Haverwilde said...

Last time I looked, neither a Bush or a Cheney will be on a ballot. Thank goodness. After 7+ years, one would think it was time for the left to accept their responsibility for the f*cking mess this country is in. But No. It is all Bush's fault.

On the other hand, they sure take credit for the years of good economy during the Clinton years, instead of thanking Reagan. They would rather eat crap than admit the extraordinary effect of the Reagan economic policy.

Just watch what they say to this post.

rbb said...

Raygun, you say?

Is that the same Raygun who managed to triple America's debt, raised taxes endlessly, including the largest tax increase in history, except for the huge tax cuts for the wealthy which triggered a gop induced recession, unleashed 10.8% unemployment, infected the US with supply side super virus, exploded the size of the federal government, gave amnesty to millions and millions of immigrants, illegally sold weapons to Iran, ya know, that Iran/Contra thingy, supported apartheid, helped create the Taliban which gave rise to Bin Laden, ya know, the guy bush let go and President Obama had killed, are you referring to that Raygun?

The truth is out there whyldie. You should look for it once in a while.

Haverwilde said...

Rabid Bullshit Bob is at again making erroneous statements without any basis.
Reagan cut the income rates twice. I guy making $45000 went from a top rate of 59% tax to 50% tax to 38.5% tax.
After the Malaise of the Carter presidency, Reagan began with a staggering economy his unemployed rate started at 9.5% then went to: 6.6%, 7.5% 7.2% 6.2% 5.5% 5.3%.
Quite the recession wouldn't you say. Yup he made some mistakes. But the economic engine worked well until the Bush/Clinton years finally buggered it to a halt.

rbb said...

Whyldie, the truth is out there, why do you lie so much?
Do you have a googler?

Raygun came in with a 7.5% unemployment rate and 24 months into his big government spending spree, the rate was only 10.8%.

http://portalseven.com/employment/unemployment_rate_for_president_term.jsp?president=Ronald%20Wilson%20Reagan

rbb said...

Papa bush jumped the unemployment up to 7.3% before his bell was rung, and that Clinton you mentioned, he took that 7.3% down to a 4.2%.

Get your googler fixed and get back to us.

Haverwilde said...

Rabid Bullshit Bob is Cherry Picking again. These are the annual unemployment statistics for the period. What no 10%, yup, as a monthly stat perhaps but even a moronic rabid bob can see the steady decline in the Reagan years. (Now they have to lie by not counting the discouraged workers otherwise we would be in Great Depression territory.) The cut in income tax rates encouraged growth. The reduction in capital gain rates actually increased tax revenues in a win-win for government and investors. It is only the rabid left, that refuses to acknowledge the validity of Reagan's economic moves. And he borrowed the tactic from the left's Saint JFK.
The financial reforms of '82 and '86 were felt through out the economy for 20 years. Too bad, Bush and Clinton screwed it all up.

Reagan Years

1982 9.7
1983 9.6
1984 7.5
1985 7.2
1986 7.0
1987 6.2
1988 5.5
1989 5.3

Bush Years:

1990 5.6
1991 6.8
1992 7.5
1993 6.9

Clinton Years:

1994 6.1
1995 5.6
1996 5.4
1997 4.9
1998 4.5

rbb said...

Whyldie, we all know you're not the brightest bulb in the chandelier, but yearly averages in no way negates the stone cold undeniable fact that in December of 1982 Raygun's unemployment rate was 10.8%

Really really nice try though.
I'll be you thought you had me, huh!
Too bad your boy raised taxes, what 6 times? 7 times?

Gosh, was one of those tax increases the largest in American history?
I'll bet if you google hard enough, you'll find that's true. Unless your googler is broken and stuck on a Rush Limbaugh site, of course.

Yearly average! HA!

Haverwilde said...

Rabid Bob will go rabidly into oblivion as he spouts the leftist propaganda.

Here is a nice quote for you Rabid Bob:
"Taken together, Reagan’s 1981 tax cut and 1982 tax increase still netted out to a very substantial reduction in taxes."

Hmmm, doesn't fit your narrative does it. Nor does the part about the whole set of 1982 tax increases was part of a compromise with congress, where they would cut $3 for every dollar of tax increases. Of course, congress reneged on the deal. You just can't trust leftist assholes in Congress or not. So all those asinine comments about growing big government should be put at the feet of the Democrats, as usual.

So stuff them facts up your red leftist orifices. Your propaganda doesn't fly, hell it barely goes plop!

rbb said...

Thank you for giving up your goofball denial of Raygun's 10.8% unemployment rate.
