Obama, as Jarett's shill, has made it clear that he will do what is the most hurtful to mere citizens with this very partial shutdown. Never before, in all the shutdowns that have occured before, have these monuments been closed, handles taken off of water fountains, cones installed in scenic pull offs, and the like. While the vile vindictiveness of this child in the White House is astounding, even more so is the depth of the gullibility of the people who nod their heads like lunatic morons saying the whole thing is the fault of the eeeevvviiiillll racist hateful Republicans. Obama and his wrecking crew, with their complicit media flaks, and the support of a mass of willing dupes simply show the pathetic state of thinking and stupidity the left have taken America to.

Obama was never going to give in to these 'spiteful tantrums' that the biggest whiners on the planet threw. Why would you suppport a group of people who wanted to take out all safety nets for the American people out of the deal? Are you that wealthy? Why would you want to go back to the failed Bush era where banks have no responsibilty? No EPA? There's no way that republicans would be against the ACA if they thought it would fail. Why in the world would these racist pigs prevent Obama from failing, it has been there goal from day one.

They didn't have anything on the table that would solve the deficit or debt problem...no surprise. Republicans are the problem creators, not solvers.

Owing 17 trillion dollars is not a safety net, more like a loaded gun to your head. For that, you have no answer. Ours is ending entitlements which make up at least 75% of the spending.

As for ObamaCare, its a program to make you buy insurance you don't want, on online systems that don't work and you can't sign up on... or they fine you.

Aren't you proud. You'll be howling for a full on government take over in a few years when this doesn't work, and we'll be there to remind everyone it was Democrats who fucked up the system with HMOs, then with ObamaCare, and then with whatever asinine next step the left has up its sleeve.

Americans will be paying for his wars for decades to come. George was out bicycling w/wounded Vets; only a Bush would have the nerve to do that.

"make you buy insurance you don't want" just because pumpkinhead limbaugh told you no one wants this doesn't mean it's true. You've made him very wealthy, he can buy his own hospital, good job!

vid, gosh that would be so funny if only nutters hadn't screamed about death panels, plantations and socialism.

But you knew that.

It's embarrassing.

Rickvid in Seattle said...

Rbb, your post is a bit obtuse.
Death panels? You mean the review boards that will decide if one gets care or dumped into a hospice to die, tho in drugged comfort. Nearly happened to my late father-in-law in Britain when he contracted ALS; fortunately his wife was a nurse who took care of him at home and whose opinion of the NIH's socialized medicine cannot be printed in a family blog. Same would apply here, particularly with a single payer system where there is no competition, thus no option to move one’s coverage to another insurer or even to self-insure. Restricting choice to The State as the only provider is the goal, after all.
Plantations? You mean the dependent state in which you Dems prefer to keep people? Worse, the end result will be no choice but to be a virtual ward of the state as you implement your vision of the utopian society that cannot make room for anything outside the commanded system. Uncle Sugar hands out the goodies like crack, and we become its crack whores – or else.
Socialism? I am likely the only poster here who has voluntarily lived in a fully socialist manner. Works well, on a small and voluntary stage, as long as everyone is willing and selfless - you know, like the New Soviet Man. That is the real goal of socialism, to change the very nature of humanity. But, since human nature does not much change, the only means of achieving the goal of the true community of man (and woman) is to eliminate those who do not conform to the prescribed "person," whatever that may be this week, or this month, or this year. The goalposts will keep moving. That is why people like Bill Ayers and his type have said straight out that the mass slaughter of millions will be required. Get rid of the bad seed until only the good is left, and off we will go into the bright future!
Thanks, rbb, but you first.

rbb bleats: "gop just agreed to open the Memorials they shut down".

What Tom doesn't understand that limiting premiums for people with pre-existing conditions (as with Obamacare) isn't insurance, it's welfare. But, if it's such a great model, and fits all the actuarial tables as the lefties suggest, you'd think some enterprising leftist would have swooped in and raked in money hand-over-fist with it. But they all know it's bullshit, and that for everyone with a staggeringly costly pre-existing condition it's going to take 75 paying in without using the system. Fucking geniuses.

And Reagan never said "deficits don't matter" - but, you got everything else wrong, so why bother worrying about that. Obama has added $6-7 TRILLION in new debt since he took office, and you bed-wetters are worried about paying for W's wars: hard to see the forest through the trees, isn't it. Tom will never know what it's like to try and stand on your own two legs because he always worries who's going to be there with a "safety-net" for him. It's sad this country has become such a bag of pussies, but that's just the way it goes.

Foxy Wizard said...

Troll Tom and Nutter Bob... answer these questions:

Was Obama lying, or was he just plain wrong, when he said healthcare premiums for a family of four would go down by $2500/yr?

Was Obama lying, or was he just plain wrong, when he said Obamacare would balance the budget?

Was Obama lying, or was he just plain wrong, when he said if your healthcare plan would cost less than your cell phone bill?

Was Obama lying, or was he just plain wrong, when he said if you wanted to keep your doctor, you could keep your doctor?

Was Obama lying, or was he just plain wrong, when he said if you wanted to keep your healthcare plan, you could keep your healthcare plan?

If Obamacare is so good, why have over 1000 companies, unions plus Congress and their aides received waivers? Why aren't they clamoring to get on Obamacare?

If Obama and his minions are so damn smart, why has the software where people are supposed to sign up been such a disaster? Why, after spending almost $700,000,000, does it still not work?

Have either of you signed up for Obamacare? If you have, what does your policy cost, and what did it cost before.

If you are honest, you'll answer these questions. If you are simple trolls, you will side step them.

Tom said...

Foxy- you'll never hear from the "liberal" (corporate owned and controlled) media about all the people that have signed up successfully for Obamacare and at huge savings. My sister is one of them. She couldn't afford to have health insurance because she had melanoma 10 yrs. ago. She has signed up and is thrilled she will no longer be denied coverage.

BTW, did Rush or Hannity tell you all of the above lies about the ACA. You can keep your current policy/doctor if you are happy with it.

I'll take software with a few glitches over a Bush/Dick administration with their lies about WMDs anyday.

Foxy Wizard said...

The corrupt media, Obama's tongue-bathers can't even find people who have saved any money. The host for MSNBC, who thought she'd be cute and show the world by signing up on day 1, still hasn't successfully signed up after two weeks. Have you seen the headlines today? Even those who have supposedly signed up can't tell if they're really signed up. Dependents are coming up as spouses. Insurers are saying the data is so corrupt they can't even issue policies. You stupid people are gonna manage our healthcare?

Again...have YOU signed up? Not your sister. YOU. What are your rates? Deductible? What was it before? Hmm? Have you gone onto the site, and given your personal data to your God Sebelius yet? You should be happy to know that data is not the property of, well, EVERYONE.

This fits Trite Tom because he has yet to post anything other than the liberal distortions, out and out falsehoods and the other irrelevancies that comprise the left's standard talking points.
Need I add that we all have seen that static refuted time and again here and elsewhere? Does anyone else wonder if Trite Tom has ever had an original thought in his unbalanced mind?

Foxy Wizard said...

Jpck20, that is just plain poetic.

Alicia Anderson said...

So Tom what falls under your definition of saving money and covering pre existing conditions. Let me give you some examples.

Is my father saving money now that his premiums have tripled and he can't afford to pay for insurance anymore? Is that what you classify as saving money? If so you're spot on.

Do you classify saving money as being the top seller in your region and any region within 3000 miles but losing your job because your employer knows you can't be cut to part time, because you can't afford the pay cut, but he doesn't want to pay for your Obamacare so he just lets you go? Is that saving money on health insurance? If so I'll let my friend in California know because he's currently out of a job because of those exact circumstances.

Also does your definition of covering pre existing conditions include my amputee husband who's been really hoping for a leg (considered a class 3 device) since he was 7 and got hit by a car but he couldn't afford it because it costs upwards of 50K and now that Obamacare is here he STILL WON'T get a leg? If that's your idea of covering pre existing conditions I'll let my husband, the husband who's read every page of the bill, know that it's OK. His condition isn't considered pre existing, he's just S.O.L.

You're a moron Tom, get a clue about ... well ... everything.

Foxy Wizard said...

Great comments, Alicia.

See, that's the thing. Tom and Nutter Bob, etc., don't care about what real effects Obamacare is having on real people. They are driven by an infantile hatred of Republicans, and if some Democrats get hurt in the process, oh, well, THEY STUCK IT TO THE REPUBLICANS. They don't mind calling good people racists, accusing them of wanting dirty water, and to push Grandma off the cliff, as long as they get to feel RIGHT and stick it to the Republicans. This infantile way of thinking only proves how malleable they are to mental manipulations.

Alicia, I am sorry to hear about your woes. You are being sucker punched. I am almost finished reading Mark Levin's book The Liberty Amendments. I intend to get involved politically at the State Legislator level and turn this ship around, or die trying. And Nate, just so you can giggle some more, here goes. I am going to do everything in my power to take my country back.

Tom said...

Alicia- well one person who is definitely NOT saving money is YOU. From what I could tally you spent about $250.00 on bath products? Wow. Let me guess,"Alicia the Lushie", you are a "conservative" who likes to complain about people needing healthcare. So typical. I don't know of many people who could afford to blow that much money on skin products. I couldn't believe the cost of these products and the poor quality. That was very nice of Sally to sell you more of her products, on a Sunday no less.

Did you also mention Wal-Mart on your blog? I'm guessing you don't have a problem with people working at not only Wal-mart, but McDonalds or Burger King, etc and YOU, the tax-payer subsidizing their paychecks so the CEOs of these companies can rake in billion dollar profits.

So your husband has needed a leg since he was 7 but you can't afford it....? Hmmm, he was hit by a car, was it a hit and run? A 7 yr. old boy was hit by a car, lost a limb, permanent damage and there was no lawsuit? Again, hmmm.

Foxy/Beck- "I am going to do everything in my power to take my country back." This would be hilarious if it weren't so pathetic. Some of your language above is pretty colorful, aren't you a "minister"? A minister who does everything in his power to make sure the people at the top get everything. Weird.

Tom said...

Foxy Beck- and you are the party of fiscal responsibility, lol.

Oh, I guess Rush and Beck didn't inform you that you don't have to sign up for Obamacare if you are happy with what you have. Given all the savings I have been reading I will probably switch, why not? I think Alicia might need to sign up as well, she needs all the savings she can get to purchase smelly bath bombs.

I was also thinking that if Alicia can spend that much in one day, not on food or housing but on bubble bath, perhaps she might think about squirreling some of that away for hubbys leg. Just a thought.

Oh and the FOX "news reporter" who couldn't sign up...is that surprising?

Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you the face of the modern Democrat Party. Look on his works, ye Mighty, and despair!

Foxy Wizard said...

Tom said...

Freemom- are you aware that Obamacare is simply private health insurance that anyone can purchase? It's not government insurance.

If your husband needed a prosthetic leg since he was a child do you think you would spend $250.00 in ONE day on bath products and then complain about the cost of getting a leg? I thought you people were all about "personal responsibility"...talk about whiners.

And Roboto is king of the Republic Party..talk about not knowing how to spell...naturally you, like your idol Beck, would think it normal that someone would complain about the cost of a prosthetic leg that her husband desperately needs (um, how is this Obama's fault again?) at the same time spending a fortune on bubble bath...but only if said whiner is a Republic, then it's perfectly ok. The 'do as we say Party, not as we do' heh-heh.

Foxy Beck- oh, gee, it was the corporate owned MSNBC. Like that makes any difference.

Where in the hell were all these "investigative reporters" when there were 2 botched wars to investigate? If only they had been this worried about illegal wars, they sure do seem upset about a website that is being bombarded with thousands of hits a day.

"Where in the hell were all these "investigative reporters" when there were 2 botched wars to investigate?"

Are you referring to Libya and Syria? Or maybe the daily drone attacks in Pakistan? Or the troops Obama ordered into Northern Africa? I think that makes four... By the way, the Iraq and Afghanistan wars were mandated by almost everyone in Congress. Want to see links? Fire up that corporate made computer of yours, and use corporate google to search some facts, school boy.

The whining you hear is not from this 'Republic', it is from that petulant boy-king, blaming people who haven't even been in charge for over four years.

And, I never brought up Glenn Beck, only your inability to spell his name when YOU bring him up. I don't even watch or listen to him. I also never mentioned 'prosthetic legs'.

If you want to be taken seriously, it might help to actually pay attention to what is being said, rather than to comment what the voices in your head tell you is being said. But then, you wouldn't be a Leftist.

You know, I used to wonder how such an incompetent rabble-rouser could be elected. After reading your kibble, I no longer have to wonder...

(and, the "do as we say Party, not as we do"? Thinking about the party that preaches 'women's rights' and is nostalgic over a President accused of rape; the party of black people whose 'Lion of The Senate' uses the word 'nigger' indiscriminately, and was a 'former?' KKK member; the party who champions homosexuality, and whose members' first slur is often homophobic; and the party of 'pay your fair share' whose (now) Secretary of State parks his boat in a different state to avoid the taxes he pushed; and, for that matter, the party of 'poor people' that counts among their supporters the two richest people in the United States?
That sounds like the Democrat Party, chum. NOT the 'Republic' Party.)

Wow folks if all you've got on me is that I spend money on bubble baths and things that I enjoy they you've essentially got nothing. Since you're so interested in what I spend my money on ... yes I spent $250 in one day on bath products. Two hundred and fifty dollars that I'd saved for 2 and 1/2 months just so I COULD spend it on bath products. Since that $250 I spend will go so far in helping my husband get that $50K (more now since it's going to be taxed) leg he's been needing. On top of that the $250 is going to be such a big help when every year he needs to replace a $500 sock for that prosthetic leg. Oh and how that $250 is going to make a dent in the $5K to $10K artificial knee, and that $3k to $5K artificial ankle, he's going to have to replace on that artificial leg every 5 or so years. Oh my gosh I should just stop doing what I love and start saving up every penny so I can never afford to help my husband with his leg.

Oh and that lawsuit that you're so anxious to know about Tom? It did happen but it went to pay for the $1 million in micro surgery my husband needed. It also went to pay for the $2 million in plastic surgery he needed. Oh and it also went to pay for his $1 million in hospital stay expenses. The rest went to his lawyer. Boy I'm so sorry he wasted that money on saving his life and didn't have his mother save it so he could buy a leg when he got older.

Some of these comments only serve to make me laugh. All you can say, after all I've said about people losing their jobs and losing their insurance because of Obama is that "I spend too much on bath products." Nice. Thanks for the chuckle.

Also, just so you know Tom, my husband's money, at the current moment, is going to help that friend in California who lost his job. He's just caught him up on all his bills and now he's on the road bringing this man's car back to our home so he can fix it for him. See he's a mechanic that works his ass off to pay for the finer things in life. He's not asking for a hand out but he also never asked to have his only option for a leg taxed to the point that he truly will never be able to afford it.

Seriously? My initial comment stands. Get a clue about ... well ... everything.
