Arlington National Cemetery burial for Boston bomber? OMDB!

Both my parents are interned there, on a hill overlooking the part of the Pentagon that was struck on 9/11. My father had worked there, as did I on occasion. Arlington National Cemetery is a place of peace and honor. IF the Department of Veterans Affairs even considers this zany idea, I will personally raise a shit storm of protest. IF they actually approve it, I will go to Arlington to stop it. IF they force it to happen, I will move my parents to a place that is not disgraced by such a despicable and grotesque episode.

People have commented that the person making this offer is batshit crazy. The insults bats, shit, and crazy people. Comments on the video are pretty strong, so beware.

Well, this helps to prove that there are all kinds of nut cases running around.
Even though we have Jug Ears in charge, I will faint with surprise if this ever happens.
I can't see how the right to be buried in a national cemetary can be assigned.

Rickvid in Seattle said...

Of course I do not think this would happen, even under this most accomodative of Administrations. And I do not know what the procedures are to transfer a burial site. She does not own the site, she is only granted the priveledge to one. If she purchased a site in a regular cemetary and decided to give it away, well, that is up to that group of folks to figure out. But, a known burial site would give us a nice place to hang out, spill beer, drop bacon, and take long whizzes. Sorta like what happens to Karl Marx's grave in Highgate Cemetary (East) in London. Pal o' mine did a looong drunken whiz on the marble head of the old bastard. Didn't even fall off, either.

Too bad that the person who wrote that blather in the Aurora Sentinel, and you, aren't capable of doing research. If you had the requisite mental acumen you might see how easy it is to find out that the great majority of NRA funding comes from private members, like me. Some corporate money is received, but the "NRA terrorists" are the large majority of U. S. Citizens outside the Blue Enclaves like major metro areas, Colorado, the Left Coast, etc. Even many Democrats in those infected areas are aware of the need to retain our right to bear arms. Get a Clue!

KaylnMaine-Great article, thanks for posting it. BigD, what research have you done? Listening to Beck and Limbaugh rant about the right to bear arms doesn't count. The NRA are major terrorists.

You don't have to be neurotic to hate the NRA and what they are doing to this country, not everyone has been brainwashed like you.

Anonymous: I will agree with you that guns should be removed from certain hands- unfortunately, it's the inner city youth (typically Democrat) and the mentally disturbed that it should be removed FROM, not the NRA.

The current blather going through the Democratic halls of Congress wants to point to the NRA as the "Next Great Evil"; the article writer seems to insist that those of the NRA should be sent to Guantanamo without a trial.

But, let's take a look at the numbers, shall we? Of the last 10 major incidents where multiple people have been injured or killed, ALL have been done by those sympathetic to the Democratic Party, or Muslim Extremists - not by NRA members.

Now, if ONE person at Sandy Hook was packing, then perhaps a tragedy could have been averted- but you can't have that in a gun free zone. Same case at Virginia Tech (the second deadliest mass murder in the last 6 years).

You remove firearms from law-abiding citizens (your typical NRA member), then the only people who will have any firearms are police and the criminal class. Now, considering it took 40 minutes for the police to arrive at Sandy Hook... well, I do agree with Sheriff David A. Clarke Jr. of Milwaukee when he says that citizens can arm themselves to protect themselves against crime.

No laws proposed- including the "extended" background checks- could have prevented Sandy Hook. But why let a tragedy go to waste when Liberals can use it to push through their agenda?

Why don't these assholes ever stick to the subject of the post?

I certainly can't imagine Arlington allowing the bomber to be buried there and it sounds like some bleeding heart lib just wants to cause a stir.

Steve says inner city youths are Democrats? What a ridiculous statement. Every thing you wrote is made up in your paranoid head.

Also, lazy Gun owners/fanatics should lock up their guns so their children don't find them and kill themselves and others--like Adam whose mother was a repub.

Rickvid in Seattle said...

Z, I think you hit it correctly. But what gets me is that these kinds of far out wierd things seem so plausible with this group of clowns in the Obama circus. Of course, Benghazi was just a protest over a video. Yes, Of course it was. What a group of buffons.

Rail against the moronic mass media, not the nut involved. A little bit of research would have determined that there is no action that the woman could take that would raise the probability of this happening above zero. (Maybe a few million in "campaign" contributions to the wrong people, but she clearly doesn't have that much money.) All this could do is reduce the woman's chance of being buried with her husband.

Enemas, your 9:15 AM was one of the dumbest you have ever made, and you have made some whoppers. Yet you wonder why you have no credibility. Amazing.

Anonymous: Inner city DOES tend to vote Democrat instead of Republican- look at the facts. HOW many wards of Philadelphia did not have a single vote for Romney in this last Presidential election? Cook County IL (containing Chicago) went Obama 74% to 24.6%. Milwaukee County WI- 66.8% to 32.3%. Dane County WI (Madison WI)- 71.1% to 27.6%. This is not paranoia, nor am I being ridiculous.

As far as 'responsible' gun owners locking up their guns- as if Adam Lanza, who lived in the same house, wouldn't know where the keys are.

Feel free to discuss this civilly and rationally instead of putting out a straw man argument and questioning my sanity.

BigD said...

As far as children and guns: I started taking my daughter to the range at age 12 and taught her how to shoot and safely use my 9mm 1911 and a .357 revolver. Now at 14 she has also fired my 12 ga. pump and an 9mm MP5, fully automatic (i.e. "machinegun" for the dipsoids above). I don't worry about her, any of my older kids, around guns. They can all hold a group.

BigD said...

And one more interesting one about guns:
Last night, the Missouri State House voted to send Governor Jay Nixon what could arguably be the strongest defense against federal gun control measures in American history. The vote was 116-38.

HB436, introduced by Representative Doug Funderburk in February, was initially passed by the House in April by a vote of 115-42. Last week, the State Senate approved the bill with an amendment which did not change any of its nullification aspects. The vote there was 26-6. The bill then needed one final vote in the house which happened just before 10pm local time this evening.

The bill includes language making it a criminal offense to try to enforce federal gun laws in the "Show Me" state.

Why not both?

And now it seems Deval Patrick refused to allow him to be buried in a prison cemetery. That was buried way down at the end of an article I read, but it didn't say why, and I'm kind of curious.

It'll never happen so its moot.

Steve described inner city youth as being a democratic voting block except he left out the part about them being under age to vote. Not too bright.

If Adam's mother couldn't figure out a simple plan of keeping keys out of the reach of her mentally ill son, she probably had no business having guns in the first place.

"Strawman" must be the new word of the week for repubs. There is one every week that repubs will use over and over at various sites.

So repubs call names but they are not asked to act civilly. B.S. isn't quite fair now, is she? Things have changed a little in the last month or so where people would swear absolute blue streaks at dems. (Some still can't help themselves.) Like all repubs they have one set of rules for themselves and one set for others. Typical.

When BD says his kids can hold a group? Is that a hostage taking situation? Gun owners always brag about gun safety and there kids just before the accidental shooting that everyone is shocked about. I most sincerely and deeply hope this isn't the case with your family, of course.

CrabbyOldMan said...

Enemas, apparently you think that inner city youth do not become old enough to vote and that current inner city voters were never young!

I agree that Adam’s mother should not have had guns if she could not keep them out of her crazy son’s hands.

I am amazed that a leftard would complain about the lack of civility, and then have the gall to complain about hypocrisy on top of that!

Anyone in their right mind strongly supports gun safety training (as with driver safety training), which is what BD is saying.

Do you remember the comment I made not long ago that pointed out that death by lightning strike is more common than accidental child gun death?

Does this help you understand why you get no respect and have no credibility?

Anonymous said...

Crabs- Why isn't the daily news full of all these lightning deaths?

"Anyone in their right mind strongly supports gun safety training (as with driver safety training), which is what BD is saying."

Why? I come from a large family and for some reason none of us have felt the need to have gun safety training.

I'm sure BD's daughter must have been just thrilled to go to a gun range at the age of 12, yuck.

Crabs- maybe it would be a good idea if we all got lightning safety training instead of gun safety training?

I've yet to see a single coherent thought discussing matters here; instead it appears you are more comfortable flinging insults and innuendo.

Do you want to, I don't know, CONTRIBUTE with an actual, honest-to-goodness rebuttal, or continue to fling poo like a monkey?

Just sayin'.

Anony, if you don't like us talking about "strawmen" quit using them all the time. Of course, if you guys had to quit using strawmen and blame-shifting Obama would have nothing left in his rhetorical arsenal.

You addressed this to Anon, but I think it must have been meant for Robots, Zelda, and Crabs, since they do this repeatedly...I have seen them 'fling poo' at Nate and other liberals many times and no one seems to mind a bit...

Well, the p.o.s. is buried in Virginia. It is to laugh. When the bitch's son gets to the next life, he looks around for his 40 virgins, but instead sees a man come up to him. The man says, with a slight drawl, "I am George Washington. You harmed my country! This is for you!" and the man kicks him right in the balls, then walks off. Another man walks up and says, "I am Thomas Jefferson. You killed my countrymen!" then Jefferson hauls of and decks him with a kick in the head for good measure, then walks off. Another man comes up and says, "I am James Mason. You attacked the nation that took you in, you ingrate!" Mason tromps him thoroughly, then walks off. Another man comes up to him and says, "I am Meriwether Lewis...." The child of the pig holds up his hand, and says, "Wait, I don't understand. Where are my 40 virgins. Lewis looks at him and says, "You misunderstood, pig vomit. It's 40 Virginians!"

And don't feed the troll.

My daughter has always loved going to the range, dipzoid! "A group of hostages", thats good. How does feel to be so clueless about a topic you try to expound upon so much?

Repubs have lost the argument when they say something wasn't coherent--doesn't that pretty much describe all of your days?! Their own messages make no sense at all and cannot argue anything on the merits.

Your arguments never hold up to the slightest scrutiny, repubs. That's why you have Rickvid typing the weird absurd scenarios that swim around in his head.

Rickvid and BigD's last comments are perfect examples of what BSrepubs find coherent!

Enemas, read this comment at 2:07 PM under “Frustrated Troubled Youths…” dated Friday April 19, 2013”

Enemas, FYI:

http://www.infoplease.com/science/weather/lightning-deaths.html

The National Weather Service publication Storm Data recorded a total of 449 deaths from lightning strikes between 1998 and 2008. According to the National Weather Service, lightning causes an average of 62 deaths and 300 injuries in the United States each year.

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/2935511/posts

CDC data show number of accidental firearm deaths for children under age 15 has gone back up to 62, a number that it was at in 2008. The 48 accidental deaths in 2009 was unusually low.

The parents of the five year old should be prosecuted just as they should if they had given the kid a power saw.

NOW DO YOU REMEMBER?

Anonymous said...

Remember what? That guns are more dangerous than lightning? Yes, I do.
