Happy Halloween!

Once again, Hollywood is ahead of the curve --they dressed up last week for Occupy Wall Street...

This site made some awesome sign suggestions for Kanye...

Go Left, Young Man

This is not 1996. This is not the time to triangulate. This is the time for Obama to move hard to the left and deliver what the vast majority of the people in this country are demanding...a renewed voice in their government.

Populism is Obama's path to victory

Guess who?

Take a wild guess who made the following quote-

“Media has their paid whores condemning the demonstrations across America against these criminal banks,” citing Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and Bill O’Reilly as specific examples.

That's right David Duke just loves OWS.

In an October 20th video posted on his Youtube channel, former KKK Grand Wizard David Duke expressed support for the Occupy Wall Street movement — or, as he calls it, the “Occupy Zionist Wall Street” movement.

Ah yes, OWS can add the KKK to the United States Communist Party and the American Nazi Party to it's list of supporters. I don't think there has been a time in history where this many political rejects have come together. I guess it really IS a big tent party... just not any tent I'd like to be in no matter how cold it gets!

David Duke isn't alone in that tent either, and he has some interesting allies.

Now in fairness to the OWS protesters, I know they can't get rid of every kook that comes out of the woodwork and claims to represent them... but damn... they might want to do a better job of getting rid of the element. Or you know... make an effort to get rid of it... like the Tea Party did... Sure any old wacko can show up, but unlike the Tea Party OWS seems to accept all takers so long as they can say

"Um...uh... wealthiest 1%...uh... fair money...uh...put all CEOs in jail...uh criminal banksters uh... Fox News (R) lies... yeah. Pass the joint."

We're on the big OWS Blitz here at John Galt for President, in an effort to keep them on the protest lines as long as possible in order to A: Expose Progressivism for what it really is and B: To influence the 2012 election in our favor by simply showing America what they're voting for when they cast a vote for Obama. Help me do that by linking the crap out of stories than demonstrate the raw comedy of the movement. Remember, the answer here isn't riot police... its relentlessly mocking fools who are just crying out for mockery. So send some warm clothes or a 10.00 check to any of the OWS groups you want and make sure you're putting out all the facts on your blog or facebook. This is our chance to show middle America exactly what liberalism looks like up close! Don't miss it!

Viva la OWS. Sunlight makes the best disinfectant.

New Google "Glitch"

Look at what the suggestions by Google are when you start to type "Romney can do it" into the search bar.

I wonder, is it an anti-Romney 'glitch' or an anti-GOP 'glitch' (since Romney is the MSM-perceived frontrunner...)

Google claims they are working to fix the current auto-selection...

Dear Unions, Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is?

How about help iron out 'economic equality' and fund all the government entitlements that the unions seems so gung-ho to's a modest proposal:

Why don't all the unions (The Teamsters, the Brotherhood, AFLCIO, SEIU, Nurses, NEA, Firefighters, Police, etc) reach into the coffers and give 10% of the annual dues they've collected from members back to the Government.

Or better yet, if the Union bosses don't want to give up 10% of their free money --how about Unions donate all of their PAC money to the government to "even things out."

Or even better...why don't they eliminate the PAC and let their members keep their own money to give to the political players of their own choice...or not.

Any takers.....................?

Fine, Let's Compare...

I wish there was a way to prove my hypothesis from yesterday...If there were no such thing as a Facebook Profile picture --there would be far less people occupying various cities. How many of your FB friends have themselves at an occupation as a profile pic...?(or do us East Coasters just have way too many lib friends?)

Jesus E. Diaz Jr.: Border Agent Déjà vu

Someone please explain to me how this can happen... Why does Eric Holder still have a job when so many hard working Americans don't...?!

"A U.S. Border Patrol agent has been sentenced to two years in prison for improperly lifting the arms of a 15-year-old drug smuggling suspect while handcuffed — in what the Justice Department called a deprivation of the teenager’s constitutional right to be free from the use of unreasonable force.

Agent Jesus E. Diaz Jr. was named in a November 2009 federal grand jury indictment with deprivation of rights under color of law during an October 2008 arrest near the Rio Grande in Eagle Pass, Texas, in response to a report that illegal immigrants had crossed the river with bundles of drugs.

In a prosecution sought by the Mexican government and obtained after the suspected smuggler was given immunity to testify against the agent, Diaz was sentenced last week by U.S. District Judge Alia Moses Ludlum in San Antonio. The Mexican consulate in Eagle Pass had filed a formal written complaint just hours after the arrest, alleging that the teenager had been beaten.

Defense attorneys argued that there were no injuries or bruises on the suspected smuggler’s lower arms where the handcuffs had been placed nor any bruising resulting from an alleged knee on his back. Photos showed the only marks on his body came from the straps of the pack he carried containing the suspected drugs, they said.

Border Patrol agents found more than 150 pounds of marijuana at the arrest site." (Read the whole story)

“We will conquer you through the wombs of our women”

Imam Anjem Choudar claims that many Muslims are having 10 or 12 children per family. He has said the swollen Muslim population would be enough to conquer Britain from inside. He added: “We do not integrate into Christianity. We will ensure that one day you will integrate into the Sharia Islamic law.”

Google "Islam domination by immigration" and a plethora of Imam speeches pop up verifying their plan. The Arab Spring a good thing?

  • Sharia in Egypt

  • Islamists set for power after strong vote for Muslim parties in Tunisia's first democratic elections since revolution

  • Libyan leader's embrace of Sharia raises eyebrows

  • But even worse than all that:

The Talking Heads Got That One Wrong...

After the last debate talking heads (including ones I like such as Britt Hume and Karl Rove) said that Herman Cain had peaked and would only go down in the polls from here on out...

The latest poll (taken AFTER the last debate) puts Herman Cain in first place (and has Newt climbing into double digits for the first time).

Herman Cain tops Mitt Romney in latest CBS/NYT poll

    But people love this guy.

    Glenn beck loves this guy.

And everyone (the talking heads again) is talking smack about Cain's new web ad, but I think that ad is precisely why people like him. He won't play by 'the rules,' he's unconventional and unscripted. PLUS he's a PROVEN business man. How refreshing.

    The Original Occupier

I really enjoyed this interview with Michael Moore, especially toward the end when he's reminding the CNBC guy that he's supposed to be a journalist and not just a numbers watcher.

    The Flat Tax Flat Lines

I think the Republicans are starting to run out of groups to use as scapegoats. First it was the gays, then the Latinos, then the government workers, then the union members and now everybody who makes too little money to pay federal income tax. That corner they've painted themselves into is starting to get pretty small.

I dreamt that we re-built the Twin Towers...but even higher. We then used this huge beckoning structure to house all the death row inmates, violent repeat offenders, and pedophiles from the entire country.

That being said, I also dreamt that I was yelling at the Flyers' new goalie, Ilya Bryzgalov, for riding a BMX on the who knows what the heck is going on inside my head...

Could We Get a Citizen Journalist at OWS?

We need someone to don a gas mask and go ask some occupiers questions that the MSM just isn't asking (even FNC)!

, I haven't heard ANY of the correspondents bring up the money being spent daily to control these occupations. Why aren't these occupiers being forced to deal with the hypocrisy of their occupation in support of public sector jobs while they are forcing cities to spend tons of cash they don't have and therefore jeopardizing those same jobs that claim to be defending. Not to mention the effect on small business owners that are unlucky enough to be in the occupation zone where average citizens aren't going to set foot in...
(In the begining of October it was estimated that OWS had already cost NYC $2 million --what is the price tag now?! Pennsylvania has filed for bankruptcy ---what is our OWS bill here? Do OWSers realize unemployment payments could be on the line?)

Second, I haven't heard anyone challenge the paradoxical reality of celebrities standing amongst the occupiers and the occupiers cheering that. CEOs (love them or hate them) work long stressful hours and went through extensive schooling to get where they are. They make exorbitant salaries, BUT they WORK for them. Celebrities on the other hand make equal or more than CEOs for play acting. Professional athletes get paid millions to play a game. They are most definitely the 1%. And they get to be the 1% with no sweat and toil.

    Yoko Ono ($500 Million)

    Russell Simmons ($340 Million)

    Deepak Chopra ($80 Million)

    Kanye West ($70 Million)

    Alec Baldwin ($65 Million)

    Susan Sarandon ($50 Million)

    Michael Moore ($50 Million)

    Tim Robbins ($50 Million)

    Nancy Pelosi ($35 Million)

I'm not saying that there aren't CEOs that are crooks. I'm not saying that I'm not pissed that banks et al were bailed out (hey OWSers, that's why the TEA PARTIES started!) I'm saying that sitting in a street, pooping on sidewalks and cop cars, wasting precious cash and steeping yourself in hypocrisy is NOT the way to CHANGE it!

How about you? What questions are you yelling at the TV when the OWS segments come on? What glaring questions do you feel are being ignored?

In defense of the Electoral College.

Was in a debate today (in real life for once) about the necessity of the Electoral College.

Look... weather you think the majority vote should rule or weather states should have a say, the the Electoral College was in the Constitution for a reason. The Founders put it there specifically because in 1787 the majority of Americans lived in Virginia. None of the states wanted to have one state get the favored position to elect a President over comparatively tiny states like Rhode Island. That was the situation in 1787 and it's true today.

Getting rid of the Electoral College insures that New York, California, and Texas make all the decisions - because that's where a candidate will have to go to get the majority of votes. That's how smaller states get stuck with things like the Yucca Mountain nuclear depository. Without the Electoral College and the 10th Amendment to protect Montana, Wyoming, Alaska, Vermont, etc... those states would get the shit kicked out of them.

Look... if you live in California, if you live in New York or Texas getting rid of the Electoral College will probably be pretty nice for you. The other 49 states won't gang up on you and stick you with a strip mine, dump toxic waste up river from you, or gobble up your open grazing land... or build a giant nuclear trash heap under one of your mountains because they put the President in office and you didn't have any say. But if you live in "fly over country" and you want to have a say in your government, you need an electoral college and a 10th Amendment to protect your interest.

"Majority rule" sure sounds nice, until you think about it. I think states like Kansas, Nebraska, Idaho, and New Mexico deserve a real vote for who gets to be President instead of being New York, California and Texas' bitch. Don't you?

Cain Beats Obama in Latest Poll

...And the sad thing is that I was more excited to see that someone was surpassing Romney than I was to see someone beating Obama.

"The 65-year-old political neophyte is now in a dead heat with Mitt Romney for the GOP nomination, a new CNN poll found.

And a Rasmussen Reports poll out Monday shows Cain narrowly ahead of President Obama in a head-to-head matchup, 43% to 41%.

Despite his poll standing, few voters know much about him - and his rise is seen by political pros as a sign of dissatisfaction with the other candidates among GOP voters.

The debate tonight marks a chance for Cain to define himself - or risk letting a foe do it for him." (source)

Almost makes me want to watch the debate tonight, BUT it's hosted by Anderson Cooper and there's a Flyers game on...

    Steve Jobs

Since the Apple genius passed away, I haven't been able to stop thinking about what a wonderful pro-life success story his entire existence is.

Better than any sign, better than any guilt trip and certainly better than a fetus in a jar outside a clinic is the tangible reality of Steve Jobs. Jobs was adopted. His birth parents were graduate students that could have avoided a lot of turmoil by aborting him. But they didn't. They gave him to a couple that, like so many in this country, desperately wanted a child.

Imagine if Joanne Carole Schieble had made a different 'choice' with the fetus that resided in her body... Imagine a world with no Steve Jobs...

I was going to tie Jobs to the many incongruities emerging from the stank of the various "OWS" occupations, but I just don't have the strength...and I'd just be preaching to the choir.

Absurd, useless, pointless and completely a waste of time. It's just an absolute testament to the ridiculous SELF ENTITLEMENT senselessness of this country. Even at 1%, we're richer than a majority of the world. I'm so sick of this. Get a JOB and stop your whining, bitching, complaining and self-righteous BS.

Better yet - take a trip around the world. Go to Mexico, Haiti, Pakistan, take your pick. Get some freakin' perspective and stop acting like spoiled brats. Get off the streets and get a job. This protest crap has no direction, no focus, no agenda and absolutely NO point other than to whine. If you want to make CHANGE in this country - START WITH YOU.

    The Secret of Oz
    Winner, Best Documentary, 2010

I once went to a talk by a man named Werner Erhard, who was talking about politics, and he likened it to a group of passengers headed down the railroad tracks at breakneck speed. People would be looking out the window, and one would say: “I don't like where this train is going! Let's get on the left side of the train!” and everybody would move to the left side of the train. And people would continue to ride that train, looking out the window, and someone would say: “I still don't like where we're headed! Everyone get on the right side of the train!” And everyone would get on the right side of the train.

Of course, the train kept going in exactly the same direction it was going, because it was on these tracks, you see...

I bring this up because a few months ago I watched this documentary, and saw what tracks we are on, and why, no matter what we do, if we stay on this track where private bankers finance governments, we will keep getting more and more in debt.

Did you know there have been three “Federal Reserve” type banks in American History? And that at certain times in our history we have, as a nation, printed our own money instead of having private bankers print it and loan it to us, with interest? Did you know that if we were to pay off all debt, there would be zero money as well, because our current system actually creates money every time we use credit, and in the current system a nation's debt will always roughly equal a nation's GDP because of our system of fractional reserve banking? Did you know that the Roman Empire and the British Empire thrived for centuries because of their practice of printing their own currency, and when they changed that, their fall was inevitable?

Several times in our history, patriotic Americans have attempted to throw off the private bankers with some success: Thomas Jefferson and Abraham Lincoln were two who managed to do just that, and each time we went back to the system that has now spun out of control.

I am interested in commentary from those who watch this. It is a complete game changer. Whether you are on the right or on the left, it will alter how you view our current situation.

    Herman Cain Surges Past Romney

"One more sign of Herman Cain's meteoric rise in the presidential race: He leads Mitt Romney for the GOP nomination in a new national poll.

Cain, former CEO of Godfather's Pizza, is the first choice of 27% of GOP primary voters in the NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll with Romney, the former Massachusetts governor, with 23%.

Texas Gov. Rick Perry has dropped to 16%, down 22 percentage points from August, in the survey. Cain, by comparison, has shot up 22 points over the same period..." (SOURCE)

There's a lot to like about Herman Cain. His American Dream success story almost reads like fiction... Humble yet grounded beginnings, self-made wealth, sustained business success and a refreshing bluntness...

Not to mention the ability to snatch the race card from media fabricated accusation against the Tea Party and from the 2012 race altogether...

Our country is being run by a crazy person.

The America apology tour continues. The newest news of our Dear Leader's world tour of bowing and cow towing comes as it was leaked today that Japan would not allow President Obama to apologize for the United States winning WWII.

That was not a joke. You read that right.

Leaked cables show Japan nixed a presidential apology to Hiroshima and Nagasaki for using nukes.

That was a few months ago, this was just the other day -

Barack Obama's State Department (run by Hillary Clinton) contacted the family of al-Qaida propagandist and recruiter Samir Khan to "express its condolences" to his family.

Khan, a right-hand man to Anwar al-Awlaki, was killed along with Awlaki in an airstrike in Yemen on Sept. 30. We apologized for killing a terrorist before he could help kill any more of us.

And to think Democrats wonder aloud why some think Barak is an insurgent President of some ilk.

I find it odd that the Right is so defensive about income inequality and the fact some citizens might want to complain about the situation. Dear Wall Street Occupiers:

In the spirit of good citizenship (since you've been busy laying on the streets of New York, Philly, Boston and other cities) I decided that I would point out some important things you might have missed. We've been witness to your struggle to find places to go to the bathroom (we also see you've settled on cop cars) and I'm sure it's been burdensome to find places to light your joints with so many cops around... Given all that hardship, I'm assuming you haven't found time to read what's going on in the civilized world...

Yesterday, many of you went to the private homes of millionaires in NY. I am wondering if you forgot is that Barack Obama is a millionaire. In 2009, he and Shelley earned an income of $5,505,409 and (here's the kicker) only paid $1,792,414 in federal income tax. That leaves $4 mil he could have redistributed to all of you free loaders... He's also the one that wanted to bail out all the banks and 'stimulate' failing you really could have saved a lot of time by camping out at the White House.

There is a growing movement that is admonishing you by posting their own hard luck stories...that they have remedied without the government's help. It's called WE ARE THE 53%" (Psst. I think this is intimating that you -the we are the 99%ers are also the 46% that don't pay any taxes). I submitted my photo this morning (though, I made the mistake of writing it before my first cup of coffee...) and other tax payers can upload theirs here.

"First, they’re attempting to show how the 53% of people in the US who pay income taxes are shouldering the burden for everyone else despite the fact that pretty much everyone pays payroll taxes, paying into the biggest government entitlements. Nobody gets off without paying taxes in one form or another, especially sales tax. The many other burdens the poor and working class face are too many to list, ranging from mass incarceration to lack of access to healthcare and decent education.

The second thing this tumblr is doing is extending the culture war into the class war. Pitting the 53% against the 99% is not really about class issues or taxes. It’s about a system of values." (source)

And lastly, a bit of friendly advice. If you're an extremely overweight person, you might not want to be the one holding the sign that reads, "Shine a light on corporate greed, we have hungry mouths to feed." The facts kinda belie the sign...if ya know what I mean...

    Christie Validates RINO Accusations...

Later today New Jersey's Governor Chris Christie will endorse Mitt Romney. I find that more than just a little bit annoying.

    They're Defecating on Cop Cars...

    I don't know what's worse...^that, this:

    "Readin’, writin’ -- and revolution!

Some hippie families are toting kids to the wild Occupy Wall Street protests -- including one 13-year-old boy who carries a stack of quarters in case he has to make a jailhouse phone call and a homemade solution that washes pepper spray from the eyes.

“The people I ended up sleeping next to were druggies. Someone was trying to put a cigarette out on my face, and I had to roll over,” said the teen, Luca Rozany, who arrived at Zucotti Park after riding 12 hours with his grandfather and best childhood pal from their home in Asheville, NC.

The boy said they thought about leaving -- but because of the cops, not the junkies.

Luca showed off his arm, where a friend’s cellphone number and a Legal Aid number -- in case he needs a a lawyer -- were scrawled with permanent marker.

“He’s learning life lessons,’’ said his grandfather, 73, who goes by the name Weezel.

“His mother is an activist; his grandparents are activists. His grandmother has been arrested many times. He’s well equipped to deal with this..." (source)

Or the fact that I find myself in agreement with Ed Rendell (i.e. Fast Eddie):

"Former Governor Ed Rendell does not think the Occupy Movement has any Flight 93 people on board. All the occupiers need to “go home, clean up, organize and go” he told…Laura Ingraham the other day. Because he assumes the movement is going to turn violent and will be similar to the riots at the Democratic Convention in 1968 where, “everything blew up at the convention in Chicago. Poor Hubert Humphrey had absolutely zero chance coming out of that convention because the protests turned ugly, it was violent, it wasn’t productive.” Except the Occupy protests haven’t turned violent, and by the 1968 convention, protests had gotten so bad for Democrats already that Lyndon Johnson bowed out of the race. And Hubert Humphrey would have lost even if the riots hadn’t happened, if you’re looking at this thing politically.

Don’t look now, but some website called Weasel Zippers found some occupiers in Philadelphia holding a Soviet flag. And there’s a video of it, called “What they won’t show in prime time.” This means Occupiers are in favor of gulags, no doubt!" (source)

I can't really come up with any infraction that would warrant pooping in public...

At least 24 people were killed and more than 200 injured in the worst sectarian violence since the uprising that ousted Hosni Mubarak in February.

Christians, who make up about 10 percent of Egypt's 80 million people, blame the country's ruling military council for being too lenient on those behind a spate of anti-Christian attacks since Mubarak's ouster. As Egypt undergoes a chaotic power transition and security vacuum in the wake of the uprising, the Coptic Christian minority is particularly worried about the show of force by ultraconservative Islamists...." Many of you (well, a few of you anyway), claimed you abstained from voting in 2008 because you couldn't pull the lever for John McCain. I would vote for John McCain all next week and Sunday before I'd push a button lit with Romney's name. The emails aren't changing my mind. Seriously.

“Governor Mitt Romney, who touts his conservative credentials to out-of-state Republicans, has passed over GOP lawyers for three-quarters (75%) of the 36 judicial vacancies he has faced, instead tapping registered Democrats or independents – including two gay lawyers who have supported expanded same-sex rights.”
    -source, The Boston Globe

You'd be amazed once you start doing some digging --Article after article after article online describe him as a MODERATE as not in step with Conservative values or goals. Or worse as a flip-flopper, chameleon and someone that lacks genuine convictions...and many of these were written long before a second Presidential run and written by actual Conservatives.

"Massachusetts has very strong gun laws, and I support them." -Mitt Romney

In Fact, Mitt Romney has called himself a MODERATE (code word for RINO) and often distanced himself from actual Conservatives: “I’m not a partisan politician,” Romney said in a 1994 interview with The Post. “My hope is that, after this election, it will be the moderates of both parties who will control the Senate, not the Jesse Helms’.

He's even on the wrong side of the Contract with America: "In my view, it is not a good idea to go into a contract like what was organized by the Republican party in Washington. You don't pick teams with republicans on one side and Democrats on the other. Whoever loses will feel like the loser."

    I swear he said that:

There's even claims that he helped at a fund raiser for Planned Parenthood

Not to mention Romneycare ---which in the past he touted as a Conservative idea. And though he backs from it on a federal level, Obamacare was based on Romneycare. What a legacy that is...

I could go on (and on and on), but I won't because the more I read and write about this guy...the more I loathe the fact that 25% of my fellow Republicans have him in the top spot....

"I was an Independent during the times of Reagan/Bush. I'm not trying to return to Reagan/Bush." -Mitt Romney

    Hoping for Change

Why are we HOPING for CHANGE in 2012? Just read the headlines (well, other than Amanda Knox) today:

  • Ohio inmates sue over meal preparation

  • Only 2% of imported food is inspected

  • Fast and Furious gun scandal grows

  • Biden: $100 take off fee for corporate jets not "class warfare"

  • Dow ends day down more than 250 points

  • $737 million green loan to Pelosi kin fuels outrage

  • Supreme Court gets ready: Obamacare & Illegal Immigration

  • US meets with Islamic Muslim Brotherhood

  • Energy Secretary: Solyndra shouldn't stop green spending spree

  • UN plans "more ambition" in climate regulation

  • Now there's proof: Obamacare costs a mint

  • Unfortunately, 25% of you think that Romney is the way to go (the 'play it safe' folks I guess...) --I'm on board for anyone but Obama (or Romney), and I would happily support Herman Cain, Rick Perry or Chris Christie (in that order).

UPDATE: FNC reporting that Chris Christie will announce whether or not he will run at 1 pm this afternoon.

Chris Christie keeps his word and will NOT run for President in 2012.

    Vote J.R. Martinez

Regardless of how cool you think you are, or how terrible you think Dancing with the Stars is...I hope everyone is watching and voting for J.R.!!!!!

Dear Libs...You're Not Witty... (Part 7,394)

This is the new "witty" picture that is being "shared" by liberal "friends" through out facebook. Being that it is such a piss poor analogy, I was most disturbed that it was originally posted by my high school English teacher. If English teachers aren't concerned about passing on messy metaphors...then who?
