In 2012, when we re-capture the Oval office and the Senate, the first thing we should do is eliminate the lame duck session of Congress. When you are voted out, it should be like being fired at a big company. A capitol police officer escorts you to your office, you fill your brown box and go. You have been relived of duty. No way should you be able to enact legislation AFTER you were fired...regardless of what party you are affiliated with.
