Constitutional End-Around

Busy day today, so I’ll throw a topic out there for you to discuss amongst yourselves:

The Electoral College.

A few states are passing legislation that will undermine the electoral college and bypass the need for a Constitutional amendment by awarding all electoral votes to the winner of the national popular vote. This would allow the Presidential election to forseeably be decided by as few as 11 states to acquire the 270 electoral votes needed, and also forseeably cast all of said state's electoral votes for a candidate who did NOT win the states' popular vote.

Constitutional?

Discuss amongst yourselves.

Here’s one article: link

And a dose of Megan Kelly for good measure.
