American Police Force?

Can we take some time and talk about this...the "American Police Force?"

"As part of our mission, APF plays a critical role in helping the U.S. government meet vital homeland security and national defense needs. Our main office is located in Washington D.C. and we service all 50 States and most Countries."

Didn't Obama say that he wanted an International Police force in lieu of a military...?
