This painting is by artist Andy Thomas. I found prints of it and it's Democratic counterpart on Ebay...the Republican Presidents can't be found for under $350 and yet the Democrats go for about $140....hmmmmm. (H/T to Freeper frankenMonkey for posting this paining --I had never seen it)
