"The Florida Supreme Court says its OK for sex offenders to possess pornography if it's not "relevant" to their "deviant behavior pattern."
The court's 5-2 ruling Thursday in a 66-page decision overturned a lower court ruling in a Miami case resulting after Donald Dean Kasischke was arrested again for having pornography in his home.
Kasischke had been release from prison on counts of lewd or lascivious battery and paying $40 to perform oral sex on a 15-year-old boy." (source)
Is it his "right" to possess porn, or did he lose all rights the second he because a convicted sex offender?
Regardless of your opinion on that, I'm still struggling with why the courts always seem to be so lenient when it comes to pedophiles...
