Generation Kill Comes to HBO

As many of you know, I am a HUGE fan of Evan Wright's book 'Generation Kill.' How can you not be? Well, except for some of you Army types that bristled at the Marines being portrayed in such a laid back and effortlessly funny manor... But service rivalry's aside --this was an intense and emotional glimpse into the beginning days of OIF.

Now HBO has made this into a mini-series and the website proudly boasts a "Support the Troops" button with donation options and a note that "HBO is proud to support this nation's troops."
