The other day at the doctor's office I was filling out a plethora of paperwork. I swear this was on one of the forms:Name of Spouse/Partner:____________________
Name of Baby's Father:_____________________
Not even an "If different from above". I looked at the nurse and commented how sad it was that this was a commonplace question on a standardized form and she looked at me like I had three heads.
