"I've written a counter-terrorist Novel titled, In The Death of Night, about a retired C.I.A. Case Officer named Bill Carpente who manipulates and leverages the Russian Mafia into killing Islamic terrorists inside Houston. This scheme is accomplished via the transferring of covertly obtained, inside information on Law Enforcement Operations against Russian Organized Crime, to a former K.G.B. Officer who, in exchange for the information, dispatche's his syndicate's ex-Spetsnaz and ex G.R.U. Russian Military Triggermen to brutally eradicate the terrorists. As the Novel goes on, South African Mercenaries and retired Special Forces Operators are hired through cash payments to conduct asassinations of more high profile targets.
