This Is How They Do It... Voting Fraud

...I mean aside from the ballots entering prisons and cemeteries.

Last night I watched HBO's Hacking Democracy*... In one segment the film showed the identical voting machine I have in my area. The Republican running (I think it was in Florida) went in and pushed her name on the screen and the Democratic opponents name came up on the display. She went down the line of machines with a video camera documenting that each machine registered the Democrats name when her name was pushed. I don't think I've checked that each name I pushed actually displays on the screen. (*The documentary definitely leans left and promulgates the notion that the '04 election was rigged -yet in all fairness, they did tell the above story about the Republican and tells that in a few states the voting machine company Diebold had close ties to the Democratic party).

There have been so many charges of "disenfranchisement" and voter fraud thrown at Republicans. There has never been any proof -- Partisanship aside, I can't honestly see how depriving felons and illegal aliens the right to vote is fraud. It seems to me that all of the fraud found has been on behalf of the Democrats, yet that isn't the public perception. I think it's just absolute bitterness over the fact that Bush won the '04 election. Especially now that we know that Smarttech computer voting machines are owned by the far left government of Venezuela, there should be no question that Bush wasn't given any unfair advantage...

I love this piece from a former Democrat addressing accusations of GOP voter fraud.

Add to all that new felony charges being brought against the far left voter recruiting group ACORN:

"...The U.S. attorney's office said Wednesday's indictments name Kwaim A. Stenson, Dale D. Franklin, Brian Gardner and Stephanie L. Davis, who also is known as Latisha Reed.

All four face two felony counts each of "knowingly and willingly" filing false information. The charge carries maximum penalties of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

The defendants had been hired as temporary workers by the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, known as ACORN. ACORN has been holding voter registration drives focused on low-income and minority residents in parts of Missouri this year.

As many as 15,000 recently submitted voter registrations could be "questionable," which they define as duplicates, unreadable applications or containing information that doesn't match other existing records." (source)

Democrat, Republican or annoying Undecided, it behooves all of us to have voting machines that can't be hacked into and a voting process that weeds out fraud. I personally think all voter drives encourage fraud. Voting fraud nullifies Democracy and neither side should want that regardless of the election results...

UPDATE: Wait, it gets even better...there are ACORN - AFL-CIO ties! More Union Corruption...oh say it aint so...
"Acorn pushes a highly partisan agenda, and its organizers are best understood as shock troops for the AFL-CIO and even the Democratic Party." (source) -Thanks Dave, always happy to help expose union fraud (not that it isn't right there in plain view most of the time...)
