Britain Slides Further Down the Slippery Slope

A Muslim police officer in the U.K. has been "excused" from guarding the Israeli embassy "because of his moral objection to Israel’s bombing of Lebanon over the summer." (source)

Here is the oath police officers take in Britian:

"I … do solemnly and sincerely declare and affirm that I will well and truly serve the Queen in the office of constable, with fairness, integrity, diligence and impartiality, upholding fundamental human rights and according equal respect to all people; and that I will, to the best of my power, cause the peace to be kept and preserved and prevent all offences against people and property; and discharge all the duties thereof faithfully according to law." (*empasis mine* source)

The Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, Sir Ian Blair, has called for an "urgent review" into this matter. Does England realize the implications of this? White officers refusing to protect blacks, Irish officers not assisting the British ones, and Labour party members not aiding Torries?

What sounds better...Londonstan or Englarabia?
