...because, thanks to a three judge panel appeals court in Trenton, a boy that committed a "sexual act" with his 6 year old sister when he was 14 must disclose that information to the parents of any girl he wishes to date until he's 18 (His lawyers are, of course, appealing to the State Supreme Court).
"As a condition of probation, the judge in the case mandated the boy to notify the parents of anyone he dates about his conviction until he is no longer a juvenile.
Several lawyers questioned how probation officers could enforce the restriction, because by doing so, they would have to define "dating." (source)
