Walter Reed Emergency

The Letter to the left was sent to a wounded soldier currently being treated at Walter Reed Medical Center. PFC Josh Sparling was injured when an IED took much of his leg while on patrol in Iraq. He will be undergoing the painful process of reconstructive surgery. Though his prognosis is good, there are many months (years) of healing time ahead of this 24 year old.

I admire PFC Sparling's spirit...taking the wind out of this awful letter by hanging it on his wall. I loathe the sender of the letter and hope he falls on ice this winter and ends up in a wheelchair without the use of his legs. I am willing bad Karma his way... the Christian thing to do? No, but, I never claimed to be perfect...

The problem is that as of the time time this story was published --that letter was the only one on his wall...

If you want to drown out the voice of evil and betrayal...please send one of your holiday cards this Christmas to:
