The judge said, "it is the government’s responsibility to protect him from further attacks adding the only way to protect him is to let him out." What ever happened to solitary confinement and why doesn't this story RELEASE the JUDGE'S NAME so the people in Bucks can make sure he is not voted for again!!!! (Someone call O'Reilly!)
Wait, just found it...Judge John J. Rufe.
This is what he was convicted of:
"...Pleaded guilty in May 2004 to aggravated indecent assault, corruption of a minor and indecent assault. He admitted to repeatedly sexually assaulting a teenage girl over a number of years."
He only received 18 - 36 months to begin with and now the judge "takes pity" on him and he gets house arrest? Who took pity on the girl for the "number of years" she was assaulted? This judge has five daughters and should be ashamed. (source)
