Howard Dean gets it Right...Kinda...

"Republicans "are a pretty monolithic party. They all behave the same. They all look the same. It's pretty much a white Christian party." -Howard Dean (source and great article)

Well, if by monolithic in our beliefs he means that we are "Massive, solid, and uniform"...as defined by Dictionary.com, well, yeah, I guess that's why we keep WINNING elections.
And if by 'we all behave the same' he meant that we have jobs, give birth to our children, cheer our soldiers insted of spitting on them and think this country's freedoms must be defended from those that would seek to destroy us...then yeah, I guess he's right there too.
And as for 'they all look the same'...you will see below that I think he means that conservatives are all pretty damn good looking, and we don't hide behind the vineer of feminism as an excuse not to not shave, look like a man or leave the house unkempt...yes, he's got us there too.
As for the "white christians" thing --This is where he has it wrong, but the DNC is trying to make it that by blocking all of Bush's minorty appointments...
So Bravo Mr. Dean, ye who makes it Christmas everyday for the GOP, you got 3/4 of a statement correct... that must be a first!

It's Friday and I am sick of all the seriousness, so... Let's take a look at the faces behind the leading voices of the parties...

The Women of the GOP: (The Pretty Party)

(1st Row: Laura Bush, Lynne Cheney, Condoleeza Rice, Ann Coulter
2nd Row: Phyllis Schlafly, Michelle Malkin, Monica Crowley, Angie Harmon
3rd Row: Jessica Simpson, Laura Ingraham, Mary Matalin)

THE WOMEN OF THE DNC:

(1st Row: Hillary Clinton, Theresa Heinz, Barbara Boxer, Ruth Bader Ginsberg
2nd Row: Kim Gandy (N.O.W. President), Andrea Dworkin, Elizabeth Edwards, Susan Estrich
3rd Row: Janet Reno, Molly Ivans, Madeline Albright)

Add the women that did The Sandbox Challenge to the GOP column and that pretty much seals the deal...

(*Idea for this party comparison was taken from an email sent to me by Punkrock Mommy --but I made my own*)
