Some Things You Shouldn't Miss...

Over at Redleg's site he has some pictures posted of his Airborne boys and their latest mission. You should really take a look... they're great!

Michael has a new post up at A Day In Iraq called "What's Next" that all you military types may be interested in --I would read it ASAP though because it may be one of those CBFTW-type posts that 'disappears' in a few days....

Jethro has a story posted that is laugh out loud funny. I rarely link to personal-type things, but everyone should read this.

The 36th installation of "Carnival of the Recipes" is up and running. This week the Carnival is being hosted by Be over at bebere.com. There are some really great ones this time...Chianti-poached pears, flan (Yum!), TexMex soup, stove-top taco pie, USED Kitty Litter Cake(!) and TONS more. So go check it out!

I am not a big fan of country music (actually I am not a fan at all), but can I just say that Charlie Daniels is awesome. He works tirelessly for our troops and I am going to buy one of his CDs...

They have dedicated the weight room at Camp Hit in Iraq to Cpl. Michael Lindemuth and now the most popular place in camp bears his name. Too cool.
